Sealed and seared Roo’s

Posted on April 4, 2011 by Mickey Gee

One side affair that is hard to talk up. Roos had a show early on but point after point sapped their will to compete with the best by mid way through the second quarter. Contrast Thomas at full forward for the roos with the tall timbers of Cloke, Brown and Dawes in the black and white and you have the picture. One to forget in the basement of the social club.

Crows pick eyes out of play

Erin is in a play. I need to do the right thing. Hawks playing at the same time. Hawks play their best footy during ACT 1 and ACT 2. Despite a rush home, an ACT 3 ends in a Dangerfield for the Hawks.

Meanwhile on Level 3..

Its Round One – Pies V Port. Now, Bert loves his footy and his wife Colleen would too – except he cant cope with her insightful questions during the game. We’ve pressured him to become members, so to help him out, I answer her game questions via SMS. I have become … the buffer. Everyone’s a winner by games end, except poor Leon (omitted due to flu) and of course Port.

Collingwood 24 11 155 defeated Port Adelaide 12 8 80
